How To Improve Your Handwriting
We all know that handwriting is important. We use it for school, for essays, worksheets, and basically for anything in school. We also use it to communicate. But, no matter what we use it for, we still use handwriting a lot. Handwriting is not always the easiest thing to be good at. You may not be able to get your handwriting super neat and perfect, but here’s how to improve it in just two simple steps.
1. Change Your Material You Use
If you didn’t know, handwriting can actually change depending on the materials you use. For example, when I use a super sharp pencil, my handwriting doesn’t look as good, whereas, if I use a duller pencil, my handwriting tends to look neater. Try out different stationary items you have lying around in your house, and test them out to see which pens or pencils make your handwriting look better, and neater. I personally like to use a Pilot pen, and other gel pens, because it is smooth and makes it easier to write neater with.
2. Find inspiration
There are so many talented writers who have very good handwriting. Search up “neat handwriting” on Google and click images. Or go on the internet and look for neat handwriting. Maybe it doesn’t have to be necessarily neat, it can be any style you like. Next, find the handwriting style you want yours to look more like, and start practicing the letters and words. Also, the inspiration will push you to improve your handwriting. After you see all the examples of your “wish handwriting” you’ll probably want to practice to get yours to look like it (I certainly did:).
Now that you are familiar with the secrets of improving your handwriting, it’s time to practice. Trust me, the more you practice, you will get better! For example, doesn’t your handwriting look a little better than when you were younger? It’s because you’ve had more experience with the different letters, so just keep on practicing and you’ll get it!
I will definitely use this blog to improve my handwriting…
