How To Become A Good Tennis Player

tennis    Becoming a good tennis player is a long journey full of time and effort, I have been playing for about 5 years now and there is a lot that goes into to becoming a better player.

I remember when I first started playing I barely knew how to hold a racket or even hit the ball. I think you can’t become truly good at a sport until you really enjoy it and understand it. Maybe in the beginning you don’t put much effort, but as you get older and begin to advance in the sport the level increases. When you become better at the sport you can’t really improve much without putting your own effort. For example, today as I continue to improve I have to take my own time to improve by practicing apart from just going to lessons to make myself physically and mentally stronger.

There have been ups and downs in the years and these times will continue as I improve, and to become a better player I had to learn how to overcome them. This helped me become stronger mentally.  As I continue to improve I have to put in my own time and effort to improve.

For me tennis is the sport I wish to pursue, however regardless of which sport you want to improve at, you have put in time and effort!
