If you like the Redskins this blog is the one for you. The Redskins are a big mess this season or at least right now.
The Redskin’s Dilemma
They need a wide receiver. They lost Pierre Garcon and Desean Jackson. To make up for that they only got one receiver but it was Terelle Pryor Jr. He is tall and can catch well, and he makes a great wide receiver. He was with the Cleveland Browns and scored almost all of their touchdowns against the Redskins.
They also lost Chris Baker because they didn’t offer him a contract. He would be glad to stay with the Redskins and he was hurtful that they didn’t give him an offer. He later joined The Tampa Bay Buccaneers with Desean Jackson. The Redskins are really in need for a Running Back.
The Redskins have the 17 draft pick. If they can get Dalvin Cook, he could be their starter. They didn’t know if Matt Jones is going to make it to the 53-man roster. Rob Kelley was a surprise but he will be the third running back. Chris Thompson will be the second running back so they really need Dalvin Cook to get a better running back.
Since Matt Jones is probably not going to play this season they need a better HB. The only thing I don’t understand is that they didn’t give the offer to AP (Adrian Peterson.) He is one of they greatest running backs of all time and he was a free agent. How can they just pass up that option?
The Redskins only have about two or three players for the Inside Linebacker position. The have Mason Foster and Will Compton as their starters. They also have Martrell Spaight as a substitute but that won’t be enough cause if one of the Linebackers got injured there would only be two people at that position ’till that injured player gets healthy. That is what’s going on with the Redskins right now.
