For as long as I can remember I’ve wanted a pet. Preferably a dog. Was I ever going to get one? No! So when I saw the advertisement for Zoomer you can’t imagine how happy I was. Sadly I wasn’t nearly as satisfied when I got the robotic dog. My six year old sister, on the other hand, was thrilled. Maybe it was just intended for a different age group.
My sister was amused with the way it moved and the lights in its eyes. I have to admit that at first it was a bit cool to see. But you get a bit frustrated when the dog repeatedly doesn’t get commands right. The advertisement showed a robotic dog that followed every voice command perfectly. That’s not what it’s like in real life. It took forever! The dog barely followed a single command and the ones that it did follow were either very simple or wrong. It took nearly half an hour to make the robotic dog “sit”. My sister was very impressed and thought that it looked just like a real dog and I can’t blame her; she was only 5 at the time.
Zoomer and Zoomie both look very robotic unlike Shadow and Bentley other Zoomer dogs that look way more realistic. If I were to rate Zoomer on a scale from one to ten it would probably be a 4-5. If my sister were to rate it from one to ten it would get an 11! She loves Zoomer. I guess it all comes down to perspective. What’s your perspective on this product?
i like it
If I got Bentley I could call him Continental, Continental GT,and Continental Supersport.
