Top 5 Cars That Aren’t Sold In The U.S

The top 5 cars that aren’t sold in the U.S:

1. Renault:

A french car company that is not in the U.S.  It’s in England, India, and basically all around the world. Which is exactly why very few people have seen or heard of it before if they lived in the U.S.  These French cars, as you will see below, were overruled by the Japanese automobiles. Sales were low in the U.S. It survived only with AMC. But when AMC was bought by Chrysler, Renault went back to the world leaving the U.S and Canada behind.

Citroen2. Citroen:

Like Renault, Citroen also left after the Japanese car industry took over and also has had  financial failures in the U.S /Canada. But their cars were special, at least in Europe, and I guess America just overlooked it. Citroen was founded in 1919 and has made cars like the 2cv.

Peugeot3. Peugeot:

This is the 3rd time I’m talking about a French car, so let me give you the background. Peugeot was a company founded in 1810 they started making steel. And then Bikes. And then at the turn of the century they started to make cars (at the time they were very good). Then historians believe it  was a meeting in Paris  that changed the cars and that bought Peugeot to where it is today, in the middle of 2002-8 they started making cars that broke down often and didn’t look good as you’ll see in an episode of Top Gear (UK). I believe that they may be slowly improving. But who knows?

4. TataTata:

The Indian company that makes everything, founded in 1815 by J.N  Tata. But we’re talking about cars here so after WWII(1945). Tata Motors was established and now has more than 9 million vehicles sold and has about $42 billion as a turnover it only has 1 car that is famous as the world’s cheapest car right now. That car is called the Nano, around $2000 is now the cheapest car in the world right now!

5. DaciaDacia:

This is just a bonus one. I don’t know when it started but if you know put it in the comments below (Cars: Sandero, Logan, Duster) .

Thanks for reading check out my blogs on Legos or more cars (even more cars).
