Quizlet and my experience with it
English used to be one of my least favorite subjects in school, mostly because there would always be vocabulary quizzes. I would have a hard time taking them due to my ineffective studying skills. I didn’t know what I was going to do, that is, until I stumbled upon Quizlet. Ever since I’ve started using Quizlet, vocabulary tests seemed ten times easier than before.
Features I liked In Quizlet
Quizlet, unlike many other sites and apps, makes learning fun ( and I actually mean fun). The games on Quizlet are actually relevant to what a student is studying as well as beneficial to them.
This and that website both have this amazing mini matching game, learn feature, and flashcards. The matching game was the one that helped me the most when it came to studying. The website has many other useful features such as the speller, the test, and the gravity game. Those features are all really cool, but … none of those features are included in the app. 🙁
Scope for improvement
The quizlet app will be even more appreciated if it had included all the features on the website. The Flashcard feature also has some room for improvement. Users would benefit from it a lot more if you could group the cards into sections, so that it will be easier to study later. I hope that the Quizlet team will eventually take that feedback into consideration.
Overall
Quizlet is a very beneficial site and app for students and I know for sure that I will be using it in the future. For more about it you can visit the Quizlet Mission, and while you’re at it why don’t you give it a try?
