Aerial America

What Is Aerial America?

Aerial America is my favorite show in the whole wide world it tells about the history of America from the air. Aerial America is a show that shows and tells you all about America and our rich history “One Nation. From Above.” Did you know that a famous town in New Mexico started a sci-fi trend and why the nicknames like America’s Main Street and The Mother Road came on one of America’s greatest roads? Well all that is in Aerial America, if you watch it  then you can know all about this and much, much more. It’s available on the Smithsonian channel and it even tells you about the Pacific Coast Highway to Route 66 and Edgar Allan Poe’s house in Baltimore.

Why Should I Watch Aerial America?

I learned so many interesting facts from this show and you will too. Not to mention some famous civil war places and even Harriet Tubman and Jack London and Alaska. civil war placeDid you know that Harriet Tubman is from Maryland (Read all about Maryland in my previous blog “Maryland’s Inner Beauty and History“). From the Golden Gate to the Empire state as they all say. Even explore the history of the Transcontinental railroad, Where the U.P (Union Pacific) and the C.P (Central Pacific) met.

Did you know where John F Kennedy got Assassinated? An x marks the spot of Kennedy’s assassination in Dealey plaza in Dallas. There are hot rods to a capital dome bigger than the one in D.C. At the time it became a state it was the biggest one until Alaska became a state. I actually got all this stuff from Aerial America. If you want to learn about America and our rich and colorful history then I recommend you watch the show. This show is really worth watching, this show is America coming to life.
